A Day In My Shoes

It has been a while since I have had some time to sit and write – which happens very rarely these days. I hardly ever go onto my FaceBook as WordPress posts my blogs for me automatically! How is it like to work 7 days a week and at least 12 hours a day? Let me break it down for you:

22:00 – The alarm rings and I do not have a window to throw it out (wish I did though!)

22.15 – Gym session with pre-recorded Britney Spears and Backstreetboys on the TV on mute and having Calvin Harris blast his music on the background from my iPhone.

23:00 – Get a shower and prepare for work.

23:30 – Breakfast at the galley.

23.50 – Cross-over meeting with the day shift.

00:00 – Playtime with the cores!

11:45 – Cross-over meeting again with the day shift or meetings in the conference room.

12.45 – Dinner (if we are lucky – dinner is at 12.15).

13:00 – Meetings in the conference room (read a book/watch a movie if we are lucky).

14:30/15:00 – Bedtime.

Press REPEAT. Lucky days are those days where no meetings are held and that will be announced on the day itself. So, basically there is a meeting everyday until the Gods says there is none. There you have my routine everyday for the whole week except Sundays, where I take a break from the gym so I get an hour extra to sleep! YAY! And now, it is time for another round of mischief Friday before I go to bed.
